By using this website and submitting an enquiry, you agree to be contacted by Shobha Jewellers regarding your request. Prices shown are indicative and subject to confirmation based on the day's metal rate. All sales are subject to our returns and exchange policy stated below.

Returns Policy

Unworn, undamaged items with original tags and certificate may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Custom and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless defective.

Lifetime Buyback

We buy back any gold jewellery purchased from Shobha Jewellers at any time, valued at the prevailing gold rate for the exact purity, minus applicable deductions for wear. Original invoice and certificate must be presented at the time of buyback.

Lifetime Exchange

Jewellery purchased from us can be exchanged for a new piece of equal or higher value at any time, for the lifetime of ownership. Old gold and silver bought elsewhere is also accepted on exchange after purity testing conducted in front of you at our store.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped fully insured via secured courier. Delivery timelines range from 3–7 business days depending on location, and made-to-order pieces may take 10–18 days to craft before shipping.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Custom orders already in production may be subject to a cancellation charge covering materials and labour already committed.
